Aggregation/Access Layer of Ultra Large Campus Network: Utilizing its top-level port density (up to 504 10G ports) and long-distance PoE power supply capability, it aggregates a large amount of traffic from the access layer and directly provides data access and long-distance power supply for Wi Fi 6/7 APs, IP cameras, video phones, and other terminals distributed throughout. Suitable for scenarios such as university campuses, large corporate headquarters, government parks, etc. with thousands or even tens of thousands of terminals.

    1. Ultra long distance PoE+power supply: This is the core differentiation advantage of the S8700 series. A single port can provide up to 90W PoE++power supply (802.3bt standard), combined with optoelectronic hybrid cable 2.0 technology, with a transmission distance of up to 300 meters (traditional PoE power supply is only 100 meters). The maximum PoE power supply capacity of the whole machine can reach 15000W (when configured with 6 2500W power supplies), perfectly solving the power supply problem of long-distance deployment of high-power devices such as outdoor APs and high-definition cameras.
