    Products Description

    OceanStor Pacific 9950 storage system takes full advantage of all Non-Volatile Memory express (NVMe) Solid State Drives (SSDs) for its primary storage, with each 5U chassis housing a maximum of eight storage nodes. A full Peripheral Component Interconnect express (PCIe) 4.0 design enables each chassis to provide a raw capacity range of 128–614.4 TB, bandwidth of up to 160 GB/s, and 6.4 million Input/Output Operations Per Second (IOPS).
     
    Looking closer at the drives themselves, half-palm high-density NVMe SSDs are used to contain 33% more all-flash media per unit space. In addition, each node is equipped with 32 GB of dedicated power-protected memory, providing memory-level latency for access to critical data. The 1:1:1.25 optimal bandwidth ratio for front-end, data, and media interfaces also fully unleashes the potential of processors.
    With such industry-leading performance, OceanStor Pacific 9950 provides efficient data access services for scenarios including High-Performance Computing (HPC), Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications, and big data analytics.
