Lin Qinkang, Deputy General Manager of the Digital Management Center of Shenzhen Airport Group, proposed at the meeting that intelligent agents should be embedded into the system and integrated into the process to truly provide intelligent and integrated service experiences for passengers and employees. Based on Huawei Ascend's computing power base, Shenzhen Airport has localized the deployment of AI models and explored the "AI+" empowerment of high-quality airport development. Innovative AI applications such as intelligent customer service, security assistant, and contract assistant provide employees with efficient services such as intelligent business processing, security policy consultation, and contract review, with key process efficiency increased by over 60%.

The plan covers intelligent agents for analyzing safety reports, intelligent service agents, and intelligent assistants for interpreting navigation notices, accelerating the intelligent transformation and high-quality development of the aviation industry
