Huawei collaborates with multiple global standard organizations to release the White Paper on High Quality 10 Gigabit AI Park Networking Technology

On July 27, 2025, in Shanghai, China, at the "Artificial Intelligence+Network Empowering Enterprise Digitalization Innovation and Development Forum" of the 2025 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC), Huawei, together with multiple global standard organizations, jointly released the "High Quality 10 Gigabit AI Park Network Construction Technology White Paper" (hereinafter referred to as the "White Paper"). As the world's first systematic technical specification for the construction of AI park networks, the White Paper defines the concept and connotation of high-quality 10 gigabit AI park networks, proposes three major architecture systems: application architecture, technical architecture, and physical architecture, six dimensions of network quality evaluation from A to F, and provides recommended network architectures and indicators based on industry and scenarios. The release of this White Paper fills the standard gap in the field of AI park network construction in the industry, marking the official transition of AI park network construction from the "technical exploration" stage to a new development stage of "standardized guidance".

The upgrading of the core carrier network for the AI era in the park is urgently needed
As the core carrier of global economic activities, parks carry over 80% of GDP and more than 90% of innovation activities. Guo Xiaoyan, Chairman of NIDA Campus Network Working Group, pointed out that the AI era has higher requirements for campus networks, and network technology is constantly developing. Different industries and scenarios also have different network architectures and recommended indicators. 10 Gigabit Ethernet and Wi Fi 7 form the infrastructure base of the new generation of campus networks. The White Paper on High Quality 10 Gigabit AI Park Network Construction Technology has emerged, summarizing the three-layer logical architecture and key technologies of AI park networks. The future AI park network should evaluate the network quality of the park through six dimensions: (A) self intelligent network, (B) 10G ultra wide Ethernet, (C) ubiquitous connection, (D) experience determination, (E) green energy saving, and (F) global security. This forum has released the Chinese version of the White Paper, and in the future, it will also include outstanding cases from around the world. Overseas partners are invited to release the English version together, contributing China's strength to world standards
