Huawei collaborates with multiple parties to establish an independent innovation ecosystem alliance and releases a joint action plan for government and urban digitization
On August 27th, 2025, during the 11th China International Big Data Industry Expo (Data Expo), Huawei successfully held a themed conference on "Confidence and Self Strengthening, Co creating New Quality Productivity" in Guiyang, China. The conference focuses on the core issues of independent innovation in general computing power, new infrastructure, and new quality productivity. It collaborates with city managers, business leaders, and industry experts from various regions to explore the practical path of technological innovation empowering government digitalization and promoting high-quality development of the digital economy. During the conference, Huawei joined forces with a multi-party independent innovation ecosystem alliance and released a joint action plan for government and urban digitization, injecting new momentum into the construction of Digital China.
Song Xianrong, Deputy Director of the Data Resources Department of the National Data Administration, Bu Lan, Vice Chairman of the Guiyang Municipal Political Consultative Conference and Secretary of the Baiyun District Committee, Li Guangdong, Deputy Secretary General of the Jiangxi Provincial People's Government, Wei Kai, Director of the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, Wu Gang, Vice President of Huawei and Minister of the China Government Enterprise Digital Government System Department, Li Yi, President of Huawei Kunpeng Computing Business, and Xia Guohuan, COO of Huawei Government One Network Corps, attended the event.
