Lin Xufeng, Vice General Manager of Jinglianwen, delivered a keynote speech on "Building an Advanced Storage Center and Unleashing the Value of Massive Data". He stated that the rapid development of artificial intelligence and large-scale models is driving significant changes in the digital infrastructure industry, and the construction of advanced data storage centers is urgent. The urban power center solution jointly developed by Jinglianwen and Huawei innovatively builds the power center into a collection of "data element aggregation and development center, value center, industrial energy gathering center, data asset center, and data security guarantee center" by aggregating scenarios and data resources. It efficiently manages various links of data elements such as procurement, storage, calculation, management, utilization, and production, providing high-quality data for the computing power center, artificial intelligence big models, and data transactions, fully activating the value of massive data, and unleashing the potential of computing power.

Xing Baocun, the program director of the Jida Zhengyuan Government Business Unit, continued to introduce the security solution for the Urban Resilience Center's confidential evaluation.
